What We Expect

Homeowners are often worried. We ask providers to be straightforward with them.

• Explain findings and scope in plain language.
• Give a written quote before work begins.
• Do not promise specific results or insurance payouts.
• Respond to referred homeowners as promptly as your schedule allows.

We route homeowner requests by location and service type. Arrangements for referral fees are discussed with providers directly. We do not promise a set number of requests.
